Developer Stock Plus to list on Bulgarian bourse |
Stock Plus, a property developer, said it will perform a secondary offering of shares on the Bulgarian bourse by the end of 2007.
The issue price of the new shares will be 2 levs. The company plans to raise around 2 mln levs from the market and boost its capital by 1 mln levs from 4.809,450 levs at present.
The initial free float will be 20% and should later reach 50%.
The public offering prospectus is expected to be submitted for review by the nation's financial regulator within a couple of days.
The proceeds from the bourse listing will be invested in the zoning of the company's land properties and the acquisition of more land.
The Stock Plus portfolio comprises 170 ha of land in the area of Elin Pelin, Veliko Tarnovo and Koprivshtitsa.
The wind resource in the vicinity of the company's Veliko Tarnovo area properties, located in villages Balvan, Momin Sbor and Ledenik and the town of Suhindol, will be assessed to determine if the location is suitable for the construction of a wind farm. If the conditions are favorable, the power generation facility will occupy 84 ha.
Stock Plus plans to develop villa community schemes for the sites in the village of Sarantsi, near Sofia, and in the village of Golema Rakovitsa, near Elin Pelin. The projects will be sold off-plan.
The land plots near Veliko Tarnovo are facing the Sofia-Varna main road, a location suitable for the construction of logistics or retail facilities.
The company plans to wind up after the pipeline of projects is completed. Each shareholder will receive a liquidation payment |
